Our mission statement

The company was founded in 2005 when employment lawyer Jon Curtis had a vision: “To create an online work environment that promotes creativity and productivity and enables companies to grow and succeed because they’re able to focus on the things they do best.” 

We have learned that the solution has to be simple – that’s why we focus on ‘all the best bits’ of HR software, delivering those key areas with excellence.

Managing Director

Emma became Managing Director of myhrtoolkit, part of the Agilio Software group, in February 2024. With over twenty years of experience in senior management roles across several sectors, Emma brings a wealth of expertise and a track record of success in driving company growth.

As Managing Director, Emma is tasked with continuing to build the successful HR and e-learning business. She will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s daily operations whilst spearheading the company’s forward-looking strategy.

Fiona Sanderson first joined myhrtoolkit in 2019 as Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing efforts, having previous experience managing marketing functions for both in-house companies and a marketing agency.

Chris Walsh

Customer Engagement Manager

Chris has been part of the myhrtoolkit team for over six years and is dedicated to helping businesses get the most out of our HR software. As Customer Engagement Manager, Chris is one of the key team members you may speak to when exploring myhrtoolkit.

Day to day, Chris handles inbound sales enquiries, talks to prospective customers about how the system can support their HR needs, and provides online demos to showcase its features. Chris also works closely with our partners and resellers, offering guidance and support, and provides second-tier assistance for more complex customer queries.
